This topically-applied product is one of Nature’s Sunshine Natria^® personal care line.  It is important to note, however, that severe acne problems are often best treated by a body-cleansing approach. All too often, acne is a result of skin attempting to detoxify because the body’s other eliminative organs—colon, liver, and kidneys—are overloaded.

That being the case, it is advisable to drink plenty of pure water daily, and cut back on food and drinks with sugar, caffeine, and other additives that the body might find toxic and objectionable. Cleansing the colon periodically should be considered, as well as using Milk Thistle Combination, Liver Cleanse Formula, and/or BP-X on a daily basis to support the liver in its filtering. Not only is the liver responsible for filtering out toxins, it is also responsible for processing excess estrogen.

Excessive estrogen has been linked to acne problems in some females.  If female hormones are an issue, consider adding C-X, a general female corrective formula.
