Tiao He Cleanse is one of the Nature's Sunshine oldest cleanses.  It is more moderately priced than CleanStart, the "Cadillac" of the NSP cleanses--which also helps its popularity.  Unlike many cleanses, it has formulas that nourish and cleanse the liver.  In Chinese medicine, the liver is thought to be connected to emotions and feelings of well-being.  Thus, the Chinese approach is to cleanse the liver to promote "Tiao He"--a sense of balance and harmony.

As with any cleansing product, it is important to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and particularly when taking the capsules.  This cleanse does contain psyllium hulls, which is an excellent soluble fiber that absorbs plenty of water and thus toxins with it.  Not drinking enough water can give a feeling of constipation or bloating.

In terms of diet, it generally gives a better cleansing experience to eat things good for you--plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, leafy greens, etc.--and as mentioned, plenty of good water.

All in all, this is a very popular cleanse--moderately priced and without a drink mix that most others have.  In addition, its liver nourishment is an extra plus.
