Ingredients:

Provides 100-1,470% of the Daily Value of vitamin A, C, D, E, thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin,B6, folic acid, B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, iron, iodine, zinc, copper and manganese. Also contains valuable amounts of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium, plus yucca root, PABA, choline, inositol, lemon bioflavonoids, rutin, hesperidin, alfalfa aerial parts, kelp leaf and stem, rose hips and hips extract, chamomile flowers, psyllium seed, dandelion root, myrrh gum, goldenseal root and rhizome, and wheat germ.

Recommended Use:

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

CAUTION: If you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, your daily vitamin A intake should not exceed 5,000 IU. Quantities in excess of 10,000 IU may result in reproductive hazards or birth defects.

Folic acid requires four enzymatic conversions before becoming the biologically active methyltetrahydrofolate. However, some people don’t have the enzymes needed to make these conversions, making methyltetrahydrofolate even more important.

In 1936, Hungarian chemist Albert Szent-Györgyi discovered a group of bioflavonoid compounds in citrus fruits like lemons and oranges that he named vitamin P. He won the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 1937 for his research and for his description of the oxidation process.
