Special Instructions for International Customers

We recently launched our sister site, www.healthysunshineworldwide.com, in order to better accommodate our international customers. We strongly recommend that you use this new site if you are located outside the United States. It is set up specifically for international shipment, with that pricing structure already in place. The shipping is flat rate, there is no minimum order, and you know exactly what your cost is when you place your order.

If you have used this page in the past for international ordering and are familiar with how the process works, you may use either site. However, we prefer that you use www.healthysunshineworldwide.com as we are trying to make this transition to better serve our international customers.

If you live outside the United States, we want to give you a special thank you for visiting our site and for your interest in our products.  We recognize the need for high-quality health products worldwide and want to help you if at all possible.

Note: If you are interested in learning more about the use of Paw Paw Cell Reg as an alternative cancer treatment or are interested in learning more about the research/science behind it, please note that the U.S. FDA does not allow us to say much on this site as the product is sold here. We suggest instead that you visit a non-commercial website such as www.pawpawresearch.com for this type of information.

Due to the growing demand for Paw Paw Cell Reg™ and its related products outside the United States, we have taken steps to make these products available to international residents.  (If you are a US resident, please use our normal shopping system since the information on this page would not apply to you.)

First, please read the terms and conditions below for international shipment and the instructions below for the check out process.  If these are agreeable to you, you may place an order on our website as normal, then follow the special instructions for checkout.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Due to increased risk and expense of shipping internationally, we have some special terms and conditions.  These are meant to protect both yourself and us, as well as cover our increased costs.  Our terms are:

1.  We review all international orders manually and reserve the right not to ship to any country or recipient for any reason at our own discretion.  In general, these situations will be because of perceived high risk or because Nature's Sunshine Products has a valid distribution channel already in place.  The types of risk that we consider  include, but are not limited to:  war, high incidence of credit card fraud, inadequate delivery system, or any other suspicious transaction activity.

2. Order must be at least $90 US. 

3. Products must be legal in your country. Healthy Sunshine, Inc., will not be responsible for any fines or other legal action that results if the products are not legal. Customer is responsible for determining the legality of these products.

4. Prices on our site cover only the products themselves. Customer is responsible for any sales taxes in your country, import fees/customs/duties, etc.

5. We will get insurance for the package at your request if it is available. Regardless, our responsibility for the products ends when they are shipped.

6. There is a 15% handling fee added to cover our additional cost of having the products repackaged and time involved to have products shipped internationally.

7. There are no returns.

8. We will bill your credit card for actual shipping cost when the products are shipped. We do not "mark up", or make a profit on, shipping cost.

Thus, you will possibly see two charges on your bill.  The first is for the products itself plus a portion of the shipping cost.  When the products are shipped, the handling fee and the remainder of the shipping cost will be assessed on the second charge.  These charges will appear as either "Nature's Sunshine" or "Healthy Sunshine".

If you agree to these terms, then you will need to place an order on our website with the correct products and quantities, and go through the checkout process. 

Important Special Instructions for the Checkout Process

When you go through the checkout process, you will no doubt notice that the address page is configured for US addresses since it asks for a US state.  For the US state, pick the "None" option at the top of the drop down box.

In the box labeled "Comments", you will need to type your name, address, and phone number EXACTLY as it should appear on the box address label.
