Shipping and Return Information

Shipping

If the shipping address is a physical address, normal shipping is usually done by UPS. If a PO Box is given, the order ships by US Mail. The normal shipping time to continental US addresses is 2-5 business days.

Shipments are normally made from the closest Nature's Sunshine warehouse to the destination. Currently, NSP warehouses are in Georgia, Texas, Ohio, and Utah. If the order is less than one pound, shipment by UPS Mail Innovations is available at a reduced shipping cost--but a longer shipping time. As a rule of thumb, 4 bottles of encapsulated herbs is about one pound.

Expedited Shipping

If needed, UPS and FedEx provide expedited shipping of NSP products to US addresses.  In general, you should call our order line if you need Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping.  (You can request the upgrade in the Comments section of the checkout, however.)  The cost is dependent on weight and destination.  We simply make this option available at our cost without markup.  Saturday delivery is available only in certain areas, and generally has a much higher cost.

Returns

It is extremely rare that a return is asked for.  However, we honor the standard NSP return policy of 60 days for products purchased through this website.  An RGA number MUST be asked for by phone or email along with specific reason for return.  Products returned without an RGA will be destroyed with no credit given. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Canceled Orders

Due to the fast nature of online business, orders are processed very quickly. Thus, please understand that it is usually not possible to cancel after ordering. In the event that we are able to cancel an order, it will generally take abnormal effort to do so, and thus a handling fee of 10% may be accessed.

International Customers

In general, we do not ship internationally except under very specific circumstances--only certain products, and only to certain countries. We do not ship to Canada at all due to the fact that Nature's Sunshine has viable distribution channels in that country. If you are in need of a Canadian distributor, please use our contact form to let us know, and we will be happy to put you in contact with an excellent one. If you live in another country besides Canada or the United States, please read our terms for international customers here.  Note that even with air service, delivery can take up to 3 weeks due to customs and other delays.
