CleanStart® comes in two flavors: Apple-Cinnamon and Wild Berry. Truly, CleanStart® can be called the “Cadillac” of cleanses.
While not a pleasant topic, colon cleansing is usually something that needs to be addressed by anyone serious about their health. The buildup and retention of waste products, chemicals, food additives, etc., makes for a very unhealthy situation. Imagine eating a picnic lunch that had been sitting in 98.6 degree heat for days—it would be rancid, fermented, and very unpleasant. Just think of what is going on inside your colon.
Herbalists and natural health practitioners vary in their recommendations on the frequency of cleansing, but most say to do it at least once per year. Usually, they also recommend doing a parasite cleanse once per year.
In between the "thorough cleanses" that you should do once or twice a year, it is a good idea to develop health habits that do an ongoing cleanse. First, drink plenty of water (see recommendation below). Second, take a good fiber such as Nature's Three or Psyllium Hull Combo daily. Third, take a good digestive enzyme to break down food thoroughly. After all, what you don't digest well, you won't eliminate well. What you don't digest well also turns rancid and acidic inside the body, leading to inflammation that spreads throughout the body and facilitates serious chronic conditions.
CleanStart® contains everything needed for a good cleanse: herbal laxative, fiber, internal cleansers, and herbs to absorb toxins. It is an excellent detoxifier as well as a good physical cleanse. It should be taken with plenty of pure water. A general recommendation for people NOT on a cleanse is to take daily 1 fluid ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight. For example, a 200 pound man should drink 100 fluid ounces of water daily. However, when cleansing, it is a good idea to take even more. As one herbalist said “Dilution is the Solution for Pollution.”
The CleanStart® contains capsules and a drink mix, both to be taken with breakfast and dinner (see instructions on box). For best results, use a shaker with the drink mix rather than stirring.
Bottom line: Whether you are starting a diet, beginning an herbal program, or just trying to take care of your health, consider starting with a good cleanse. This one is a great one.
